Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you received through our subscription service, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, it must be unopened and in resalable condition. All returns must be accompanied by a return request form stating the reason for the return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise and confirmation that the return conditions have been met. Refunds will generally be issued via the payment method used and will be processed within 14 business days of the return request. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds

• Merchandise that has been opened
• Consumable or expired merchandise
• Special order or customized products
• Returns and refunds procedure
